Judiciary - District Court Civil Cases - Timeliness Of Initial Recording Of Filings Report

According to a recent Legislative Audit, the timeliness of the filing of civil lawsuits in the Second Judicial District, which encompasses Somerset Wicomico Worcester and Dorchester Counties, is the second worst in the State of Maryland, taking a whopping 13.1 days to process.

What's so shocking -- it's another maryland bureaucracy -- overpaid from top (judges) to bottom (clerks), and the judges want another huge pay raise this year, too.
