Troopers Apprehend Homicide Fugitive


Location: Rubeon May Drive, Felton, DE

Date of Occurrence: Thursday March 1, 2012 at approximately 9:00 p.m.

Defendant, Charges, and Bail Information:

Daniel C. Harris, 25, Milford, DE (Photo Attached)
Fugitive From Another State (Pennsylvania)

Arraigned at JP2 and committed to JTVCC on $1,000,000.00 cash bail.

Resume:
Felton, DE- The Delaware State Police have apprehended a fugitive wanted out of Pennsylvania for Criminal Homicide.

Daniel C. Harris, 25, was arrested last night shortly after 9:00 p.m. when he was observed walking around Woodland Manor on Rubeon May Drive south of Felton. Upon locating Harris, he initially attempted to flee on foot, but was captured a short time later.

Information was received through Department of Corrections (Probation and Parole) that Harris was wanted by Harrisburg City Police Department in Pennsylvania for Criminal Homicide.

Harris was arraigned at JP2 for the Fugitive From Another State charge and was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $1,000,000.00 cash bail.
