COMMENTARY | Jonathon Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, reports on a disturbing case in which a state judge in Pennsylvania threw out an assault case involving a Muslim attacking an atheist for insulting the Prophet Muhammad.
Judge Mark Martin, an Iraq war veteran and a convert to Islam, threw the case out in what appears to be an invocation of Sharia law.
The incident occurred at the Mechanicsburg, Pa., Halloween parade where Ernie Perce, an atheist activist, marched as a zombie Muhammad. Talaag Elbayomy, a Muslim, attacked Perce, and he was arrested by police.

The Prophet Muhammed was an idiot like all the rest of these hate mongering muslims who try to convince the world that they are just another peace loving religion. People need to open their eyes and see the facts that are in front of their faces.
This judge should be thrown out. It's way past time for Americans to stand up and get rid of this cancer in our society.

There should be no question about this. This judge should be fired since he can't uphold the laws of this country.
Bet the judge was appointed by an Obama loving liberal democrat, with his head up his ass. Where is it in our country where should even consider Sharia Law. To judge Martin, the prophet Muhammad was gay, and slept with little boys under the age of 3 years.

i absolutely LOVE this rulnig. think about it. its taking government OUT of the equation basically. you talk trash about my momma, my God, or my family and we are going to tango! no judge. no jury. you want to open your mouth? be prepared for a fist to be shoved in it.
you guys also have to remember, whats good for the goose...imagine a muslim spouting off about Jesus (or whomever). remember this case!
