A county judge is ordering a man to post a court-approved apology to his soon-to-be ex-wife on his Facebook page every day for 30 days, or face 60 days in jail, the Chicago Tribune reports.
In June 2011, Mark Byron was found guilty of civil domestic violence and his wife was granted a temporary protection order.
In November, Byron posted the following rant about his wife on Facebook:
"If you are an evil, vindictive woman who wants to ruin your husband’s life and take your son’s father away from him completely – all you need to do is say that you’re scared of your husband or domestic partner and they’ll take him away!"

If they are not friends on FB how did she see what was written? The husband never mentioned her by name and also wouldn't adding her as a friend again also be against the protection order? I guess people don't have freedom of speech anymore?
The man is correct.a commissioner here in wicomico county named kenn luck issued an order against a man after two separate police agencies said the accusations were completely false.the woman went to the court house and Mr.luck informed the woman her story wasn't good enough for action and to write this down and he informed her what to write to complete the order. The woman was totally intoxicated from pain medication after a surgery less than 24 hrs.earlier .he also just happened to to issue the order knowing the man and him had a history against each other.Mr luck was a counselor of this man in high school and had an altercation with each other. Point here is that all it takes is the word of anybody to take away his kids and ruin his life.this man was blasted all over the news and internet. Now he can't go any where without people snickering and talking about him and his career is ruined.
