Simpsons towing gets the photo shoot today! Good for them, they've really upped their abilities with the two new killer trucks. I still use Adkins, though. They have always given me excellent results at fair prices.
I take it with the complete northbound detour through the whole town of princess Anne that the there is a crater the size 3 football fields where this truck exploded. right? Southbound detour as well? Both lanes are a complete loss? I mean why else would there be that big of a detour not to mention hours and hours later. What a joke....a truck blew up, not a nuclear meltdown....

What was the Oil Companies name? And did anyone get hurt?
Luckily the injuries were minor. Yes the traffic was diverted. Luckily since it was kerosene the 3 explosions were minor, unlike if it had been propane or gasoline. Ths smoke and heat, as well as the amount of emergency vehicles on scene, warranted the detour. If anything, all the agencies involved should be commended on how well they worked together and responded to the emrgency. The detour may have slowed you impatient souls some, but it was better than sitting idle on US 13, if they had simply shut down the highway. If you were involved they wouldn't have gotten there fast enough, but since you were inconvenienced, it was not right and a waste of time and resources. LA LA LA! There is always a cry baby!
