OSHKOSH, Wis. – Authorities recovered a body from the icy waters of a Wisconsin river Monday, less than a day after the son of Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin was reported missing nearby.
Oshkosh police said they would not immediately release the identity of the body, but several reports suggested that Packers players and staff had been notified the body was indeed 21-year-old Michael T. Philbin.
