A two-year-old girl was found cold and hungry in a Capitol Heights, Md., apartment on Tuesday after being left alone for 24 hours.

well first i had to work. then some of the other girls said they were going out after work for drinks. i needed to unwind because it was a bad day. while there, we met these guys that said they were throwing a slammin party down the road a bit. we HAD to go. making contacts could help business of course. unfortunately, i was so wasted afterwards, i decided not to drive. see? im very responsible!
