Sex-for-World Series Tickets conviction Tossed


(CBS/AP) It took extra innings, but it appears authorities have swung and missed in their bid to convict a woman accused of offering sexual favors for World Series tickets.
An appeals court on Tuesday overturned Susan Finkelstein's attempted prostitution conviction.

This is the type of story that pisses me off. You mean you would rather waste time, money, and effort to prosecute this woman instead of searching for murderers, rapists, and people who actually commit despicable criminal acts. Way to put the justice system to great use.

It is her body and she should be allowed to do what she wants with it, legalize it and forget it. Canada did and saved millions!
