Payroll Taxes On Americans Or Foreign Aid in 2012?

Congress is once again either unable or unwilling to perform the work that the American people hired them to do. The payroll tax extension they are creating so much drama over will cost the American taxpayers $33 billion next year if it is not renewed. Yet, withholding the $100 billion of direct/indirect foreign aid that is scheduled to be paid out next year is not even being considered.

The United States of America will not be respected as a true super power until we show the discipline, accountability and leadership of taking care of our own citizens first. Until then, the rest of the world will only laugh at us and our embarrassing banana republic as we continue to destroy ourselves from within.

Merry Christmas,
