This is one of those things that really tick me off about Washington.
The pipeline should not even be a part of this bill!
I'm SO sick of the pet projects getting attached to every bill that seems to flow through the system!
This bill started out being about AMERICAN people, now some want to also make it about the CANADIAN people! Whoever is fighting for this to be in there needs to be voted OUT!
More could get done in Washington if they would just stop adding stuff into bills that have nothing to do with the original bill.
If I was in Washington, unfortunately, this bill would put me in a bad spot. I would have to vote NAY because of the pipeline add on. That would make me look bad, because people look at the vote but don't take the time to look at the entire bill to see what called for that voting decision! But this is what some in Washington want. That way, maybe it won't pass (the tax cut ext) but maybe we'll get our pipeline because they want their tax cut so bad! Games, nothing but games!
Get the pipeline on it's OWN bill and stop screwing around Washington!

1002-The reason the pipeline is in the bill is because Obama's screwing around with making a decision on said pipeline! He made a political decision to push back his decision on the pipeline til after the 2012 elections! You want a real stimulus? Get gov't out of the way, and allow businesses access to FREE ENTERPRISE!

Do you even understand the payroll tax? It funds your social security! So all the payroll tax cut does, is UNDERFUND the only entitlement that actually pays for itself(Of course the Greenspan "reforms" of the mid 1980's have certainly emptied the "lock box" contents into the general(slush) fund but I'm getting away from my original point lol)!
