I checked the list for Salisbury. This site has very old info. MSP no longer jumps out at cars, and the hood open trick is at least 10 years ago. Heck, they used to use blankets to stop reflections of the winshied, but no longer. Laser gets you, and checks their data base for warrants etc in the blink of an eye. That is why they aim at the front tag.
Crisfield has stepped up speed traps.
