INCIDENT: Trespassing / Warrant

Terrance Lee Mason (Trespassing)
Francis James Fletcher (Warrant)

Trespassing on Private Property
Warrant for 1st Degree Assault

DISPOSITION:
Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS:
On the above date and time Fruitland Officers conducting a Patrol Check in the area of Summit Apartments (Church St.) became aware that a large party with a DJ was underway at 117-B. As officers made contact with the resident it was agreed that all partygoers would leave to prevent further noise violations. Terrance Mason, who had been previously banned from the property, was observed and placed under arrest for trespassing. Francis Fletcher, who was known to be wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant, was also observed and arrested as well. Both suspects were transported to WCDC without further incident.

ADDRESS: Fruitland

Assault (Domestic)
Reckless Endangerment
Malicious Destruction of Property

DISPOSITION:
Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS:
On the above date and time Fruitland Officers responded to the area of the Eagle Express Mart regarding a report of a male and female engaged in a fight inside of a vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the suspect had assaulted the female driver and caused damage to her vehicle during the incident. Officers observed injuries consistent with the report and the suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to WCDC without further incident.
