No they won't complain anonymously. Then they would have to hide their crack pipes and other illegal things they have around.
I'm beginning to think this woman is out of touch with a thing called reality.
She needs to quit protecting the slumlords. They are not worthy of any dialogue anymore. Enough is enough of their excuses. It is time to act.
