A rookie in his first month on the job. He thought someone wasn't obeying him so he shoots him with the tazer. And kills the guy.
Comply or die.
The tazer needs to be removed for the police arsenal. More and more we hear about its misuse and abuse.
They treat it like a toy rather than a tool.
Cop was in a car. Old man was on a bike. Why not drive past him and stop car in bike path. He would then see the cop and stop.
If you have sirens blaring and orders being shouted and get NO response, wouldn't that tell you something was wrong? Little odd? The old man had some kind of problem?
Doesn't matter now. The old man is dead. He paid the ultimate price for IGNORING a cop.
