China Plans Retaliation Against US Over US Solar Panel Manufacturers Complaint To Impose Unfair Trade Tariffs

China is poised to retaliate against a group of US solar manufactures led by SolarWorld that claim China has been dumping product in the US in order to undermine the US solar industry. In the wake of recent US solar industry bankruptcies and closures including Solyndra, Evergreen, Solen, BP among others - China has filed retaliatory action against the US claiming that US companies have flooded China with polysilicon - a primary ingredient for solar panel production.
Domestic Chinese manufacturers - (CPIA) - is finalizing a complaint alleging that U.S. manufacturers are selling their products at prices below cost in China

This raises an interesting observation as to whether the Obama administration seeks to divert attention away from its US loan of more than a 500 million of now defunct Solyndra and thus blaming the Chinese for the attributing to the bankruptcy incident. On the other hand - the Chinese are alleging that the Obama Administration is trying to restrain the Chinese and actually costing Americans by artifically inflating solar panel prices through manipulation by US solar firms.
