It's George Bushes fault. And has nothing to do with Baraks policy on drilling in the Gulf.

Perhaps it's the public schools' fault.
Well 11:50, lets see. #1 Oil production in the Gulf was at record highs this year. And although things are likely to slow due to the oil spill, those numbers will remain high relative to recent years. #2 Total US oil production was higher in 09 and 10 than it was the previous 4 years. #3 We haven't seen the $130+ oil price spikes that were seen prior to Obama coming in.
Now armed with this information, I doubt your comment makes much sense anymore.
