BETHESDA, Md. (AP) - Montgomery County police say a man and woman were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide inside the man's Bethesda apartment.
Police say a relative had been unable to contact 38-year-old Martin O'Toole and went to his apartment Saturday morning. There, the relative found the bodies of O'Toole and a woman identified as Hong Trang Tracy Vu. She lived in Silver Spring and was believed to be between 35 and 38 years old.
