Plan Maryland Keeps Rolling Along Despite Local Speed Bumps

The brewing discontent by county officials over Gov. Martin O’Malley’s Plan Maryland project at Friday’s Maryland Association of Counties annual meeting is not just due to bristling over state authority or even property. It is money. Both sides are participating in good faith but with no mutual trust.

Very funny...lying thieving politicians don't trust OTHER lying thieving politicians?? It's because they know the "deals" they make aren't worth the ink used to sign them (from prior experience). How low can their reputation get??? Is their a negative number for trustworthiness?

It is the goal of plan Maryland to have all houses on municipal water and sewer. It is an enormous expence and will cause great hardships to residents on fixed incomes, the poor and elderly
