GEORGETOWN — A member of the Delaware Army National Guard was jailed this week, facing 25 counts of dealing in child pornography.
Jeffrey H. Dingman, 51, of 23522 Ann Lane, Georgetown, was taken into custody Aug. 15 following the discovery of multiple digital images of child pornography in his possession.
