Lincoln Man Arrested On Drug Charges after Domestic Incident

Charges: Assault 3rd Degree, Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Breach of Release

Felton- The Delaware State Police have arrested a 29 year old Lincoln, DE man after responding to a residence in the Woodland Manor Trailer Park in Felton last night.
The incident began at approximately 10:30 p.m. last night as troopers responded to the unit block of Ruben May Drive in Felton in reference to the report of a domestic related incident. Upon their arrival, troopers could hear an altercation occurring inside of the residence. Troopers made entry into the home and observed a male subject, later identified as Michael R. Lewis, assaulting a female. Troopers took Lewis into custody and upon conducting a search of him found a plastic bag containing 27 individually wrapped packages containing approximately 12 grams of crack cocaine in his sock. Lewis, who was currently under a no contact order with the victim stemming from an earlier incident, was arrested and charged with the above list of crimes. He was arraigned and then committed to the Department of Corrections for lack of $13,000.00 secured bail. The 41 year old victim was slightly injured, however; she refused medical treatment. The 3 year old child was not injured.
