House Ethics Panel Urges Censure For Rep. Rangel

Lawmakers recommend punishment for ethics violations after veteran N.Y. Democrat tells them: "I don't know how much longer I have to live."

Charlie, I'm only 56, but I, too, don't know how much longer I have to live, eithr. The difference between you and me is that I refuse to cheat my fellow man.

He is an animal. Now he tries to tug at the heart strings of the pathetic ignorant. Aw poor congressman is begging for a pity party. Send him to Jail. Death would be to easy for him.
