Bomb Threat Arrest

On Wednesday, November 24, 2010 the Delaware State Police arrested 26 year old Michael Lister in connection with a bomb threat that had been called in to the Rite Aid Pharmacy located in the 4000 block of Coastal Highway in Rehoboth, DE on October 30, 2010. Lister, of Lewes, DE, was developed as a suspect in the bomb threat during a separate investigation into the robbery of the Best Western Hotel in Dover, DE on October 21, 2010.  Lister was also arrested by detectives for his role in that incident as well.
 
Michael Lister was charged with one count each of Robbery 1st degree, Conspiracy 2nd degree, Theft, Attempted Robbery 1st degree, and two counts of Terroristic Threatening.  He was arraigned at JP Court 2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution for lack of $63,000.00 secured bail.
