In 8 out of 10 ratings more than 50% of the American People rated him as an abject failure "F" and consider him worse that self loathing moron Jimmy Carter.

Jimmy Carter, in my opinion, is not a "self loathing moron".He is a US NAVAL ACADEMY graduate and worked under Admiral Hyman Rickover the "father" of the atomic submarine program.
He is very intelligent and was a TERRIBLE president.
In retrospect I would have not voted for him.
