On December 3, 2009 at approximately 2:38 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Walmart Department Store on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a two (2) shoplifters. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised that the below listed suspects had been observed by store employees taking electronics and clothing from the store without making payment. The property was recovered and returned to the store.

Upon arrival the officers found that the below listed suspects had been involved in a mutual assault as they left the area of school.

Church Street for the report of a possible juvenile fight after school. Upon arrival the officers observed the below listed suspect in the middle of the intersection yelling and causing a disturbance. The officers attempted numerous times to have the suspect leave the area and quiet without success.

Upon arrival the officers met with management who advised that the below listed suspect had taken a bottle of liquor from the business without making payment. The suspect was located outside of the business and was taken into custody. The bottle of liquor was recovered and returned to the business.

Perhaps the laws need to be changed and have the legal guardians of juveniles also levied a fine after a conviction. This seems to have worked in California--parents/grandparents need to know what their young charges are doing!!!
WOW shoplifters and diorderly conduct. How about catching the guy who shot the owner of Eastside Deli.
Instead of building a Federal prison, get the military to build a boot camp for our juvenile offenders.
This person is probably a graduate of our "Send the kid back to his parents because police, teachers and the parents are not allowed to touch them" State laws.
Time for the Boot camp without cameras.
8:19pm- corporal punishment is not illegal. It only becomes an issue if a parent leaves an injury- which I think most sensible adults would agree is wtong.
9:30am- Some of the families in that area are barely making ends meet. Adding a fine doesn't solve anything, and adds additional economic hardship to families already scraping by.
The notion that we can control the behaviors of others is absurd.
Society has fallen apart. We've lost all sense of what really matters- we only want what is convenient for us as individuals- not what would benefit society as a whole.
