I've also noticed where they have strung-up romex type electrical wire during their remodeling process. This is easily visible upon entering the store and looking up into the roof rafters in the grocery section.
This should have been Type BX or Type EMT like the rest of the original building. The problem with their renovation is that Romex type wire offers no physical protection.
They have other violations than a blocked fire exit.
It's not really that big of a problem unless all of that crap is left there for a period of time. You cant tell from the picture how long all that stuff has been or will continue to be sitting there. And to the person that said said there is a rat hole in the Dr. Pepper box, thats called the opening in the box where they hook up the mix to the syrup line.
Did you actually take a picture of an exit door in a McDonalds? Let me guess; Ronald volunteers at the fire house, so now you have to try to ruin his business?
dont worry about the fire hazard IN the Mc Donalds!!! look at the losers who think the laws dont pertain to them, they park in front of Wal-Mart in the fire lane , some even heading in wrong direction !YOU or the firetrucks dont stand a chance!...Tow them away with the driver in them...give them a ticket that will knock the sh!t out of their wallet!
I believe the size of the McDonalds doesnt require them to have a 2nd fire exit. I may be wrong but all they have to do is take the sign off the door and there wont be an issue. Call the fire marshalls office and complain.

looks like a place I would not want to eat!
A fire exit is being blocked. Very dangerous especially in a place that creates FIRE and has fryers running.
I see what appears to be a rat hole in the bottom of the Dr Pepper box mix, another reason I choose not to eat at McDonalds.

Looks like somebody poking around with a camera where they have no bussiness being.
