The man in the blue shirt is former principal of Westside Primary and Westside Intermediate schools. Mr. Willey.
He is also the former principal of Beaver Run Elementary School. There hasn't been a principal like Ronald O. Willey since. He was fabulous. Does he still have that paddle?
Joe: you need to go to the Board of Education meetings more often. You would then know who these board members are.
