It is not law but executive orders by fiat. Only our legislators can make laws and set fines. For these governors and head of health departments which think they can make law, set fines and jail time are flat out wrong. Any judge worth his salt would not even let these cases be brought forth into the court room.
Well, I'm thinking 10:11's reply was kinda rude in its approach, and He/She is antagonizing, I do gotta agree to a point! So many complain, and say "we need to do this, that, etc" but when it comes down to facing the repercussions the mouths are silent. As a retired trucker, i clearly remember all the truckers bitching about per mile pay, fuel prices, freight rates etc, and ALL OF US knew that all we needed to do to be heard in washington was to simply PARK our rigs for 1 week, but once the movement started gaining traction, 95 % of the drivers had 95 different reasons why they can't do it, so the whole thing failed, and everyone's back bitching! Unfortunately i look sadly at our Forefathers who risked EVERYTHING to gain freedom & Independence. They risked their homes, fortunes, families, and lives, but today we're afraid to lose our jobs, or risk having our names smeared, but the truth is, until WE THE PEOPLE are willing to STAND AS ONE its never gonna change.
