Ginsburg, 87, underwent non-surgical treatment for acute cholecystitis, a benign gallbladder condition, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore on Tuesday.
The justice had undergone outpatient tests at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C., Monday following oral arguments with the court, which confirmed that she had a gallstone blocking her cystic duct, resulting in an infection.
"The justice is resting comfortably and plans to participate in the oral argument teleconference tomorrow morning remotely from the hospital," the Supreme Court said in a statement.

As he shouldn't delay. Last time democrats argued against holding off so now they would get what they wanted which means if Sen McConnell does this democrats have no choice but to sit down shut up and suck it up They have no say in the matter and they best not ever forget it.

I in no way am a bit liberal but take the time to read her bio. She is brilliant, driven and strong. An amazingly accomplished person. I hope she heals and gets back to her life. We need a little less mean and a lot more love and respect in our country. We could all start with some prayer for our president.
