11 in Wicomico now? Are out of state people coming to PRMC counted in the Covid deaths?

12:52 People who don't die from covid-19 are counted as CV-19 deaths, does this answer your dumb question?

My question is, how can there only still be 4 in Garrett county!!! but everyone is supposedly dying all over the place!!! huh???

This because the virus is pretty much limited to certain sub groups. 1/4-1/5 of the deaths are nursing home residents and other congregate living facilities and those associated visiting family for example. On the lower shore our numbers also include those working in the poultry processing plants and those who associate with them. In other areas hospitals in under served areas I.e the ghetto the hood have large numbers of people dying. This because of sub standard care. The public schools aren't the only problem in those communities the hospitals are as well. This is why minorities are dying in disproportionate numbers. Garrett county a small less populated county has few nursing homes, no processing plants and few minorities.
