A Utah man has been arrested and faces charges of theft by deception and criminal mischief, after he unleashed rodents in hotel rooms so he could stay for free.

I did not expect person with a white millennial name like Ryan to be black and have a long record and face and neck prison tats.

12:24 AM Statistically, Ryan was more likely to be black than white. According to Mary Ashanti, President of Wicomico County NAACP, "African Americans are arrested for releasing hamsters in hotel rooms nearly four times that of other non-blacks. Yet, we release rodents about the same number of times."
