Poll: 63% expect Trump reelection, up from 43%

A growing number of Americans, now a substantial majority, believe that President Trump is at least “somewhat likely” to win reelection, according to a new survey.

Despite nonstop negative headlines and concerns of an economic stall, 63% believe Trump is heading to reelection in Scott Rasmussen’s latest 2020 poll.

And, he said, those expectations have continued to grow even as the Democratic presidential primary race heats up.

Stupid poll. Meaningless. It doesn’t matter if people think he will get elected. Face the facts: the Democrats start off with California, Virginia, New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts. That’s almost all they need. The demographics in this country have changed. We will probably never see another Republican elected in our lifetime.

Then again, there’s a very good chance the Democrats will turn this country into Guatemala and it wont be a country at all with in our lifetime

Interesting pessimistic view above. Actually voter turnout is very low these days; case in point...AOC was elected with a bit over 16,000 votes in a district with over 300,000 democrats. Being a conservative I am all for the current administration's agenda. That having been said I am not all that enthused about Trump but he is the purveyor of the bitter pill this country has needed for years. Someone had to reign in government and right some wrongs that have been festering in D.C. The radical left is so unhinged and the new buzz words like racism and homophobe and xenophobe are so ridiculous along with programs like the new green deal and medicare for all I believe Trump will prevail.

Why does it matter what states they start with, the bottom line is how many states they have when the polls close

Actually voter turnout is not low. Trump brought people out to vote that had never voted before
