but....I've nearly hit multiple scooters riding Ziggy zaggy on Route 50 going into OC
I dont feel its wise for scooters to dart in and around moving traffic

Let me guess... You lost your drivers license due to ETOH and now you are stuck riding scooters?
You'll see just how good these local drivers are when the round - about circle is complete on Riverside and Waverly !!! lol

Local drivers ?, what about come here drivers, they drive like tourists which they really are
ban all cars, trucks, scooters, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, skates..... there. now we ALL have to walk everywhere. ALL the time 🤪
I feel sorry for the young lady who will have to live w/the end result of someone else's bad decision, & the one who lost their life.
