Everyone relax. It's just a few high school kids probably donating their time to paint a "wings mural" downtown. You see these all the time in larger cities. Google it. Great photo opportunity spot to draw attention to downtown. Great job Sarah and crew!
Can hardly wait for the construction of the Carroll-Candem-Riverside round-a-bout. Somebody better be there to give people instructions on what to do. I've been stuck 4th or 5th car back on Cedar Lane while the first car just sits there. Almost got hit head on at the WorWic circle by a vehicle going the wrong way.

Betcha this mural get vandalized before the sun goes down. They wouldn't dare vandalize the one on the corner of Rt. 13 and Church St. Also, that one is up too high.
Wait till Jake Day turns Eastern Shore Drive into a one lane each direction with a median strip with trees down the middle. You haven’t seen anything yet!!

Eastern Shore Drive needs nothing else the medium just past the college has weeds with the so called plantings weeds are 3' high they knew when they plant all this stuff including trees no one is going to prune them and keep them weeded. To begin with all the highway plantings in Salisbury are done with trees that are going to be way to tall, constant need of pruning and just don't live long on highways. If they would tear them down and plant just Crepe Myrtles the ones that get no taller than 20' like they have all over the south they bloom beautiful, have nice fall foilage and survive perfectly with our climate and soil. Read a garden book before you plant or consult with A garden store or landscaper. We have maples they have planted for years they are mostly all dead or half dead and two big for the planters, and very scraggly like the rest of Salisbury's beautification efforts.

Doesn't get the coverage in the local media that the racism mural does. And he wasn't even that good of an artist. Their faces look like they have birth defects.
@August 15, 2019 at 7:58 PM, Oh give them time. It will happen. Most likely by someone trying to get a race war going here in Salisbury. They should have found a better artist to do it though. Not just someone who said he could do it. Their bodies are not the right proportions. They all look weird.
I think its racist on 13 and church st it would be if it was all white people painted on that wall
