It's easier to stay warm than to stay cool. This heat is debilitating. It kills people.

Unnatural heat
The “heat dome” of high pressure is being artificially stabilized by ionosphere heaters

I'll take the heat. Extreme cold kills too. However I do like extreme hot crabs and extreme cold beer.

COLD lol bring on winter

I'll take the heat over the cold. Extreme cold freezes pipes. Snow and ice messes up travel and causes slip/fall injuries.

Agree with 7:11 and 7:46

The heat, just stay hydrated. Requires less clothing, much more comfortable along with many activities, I.e., swimming, boating, fishing, baseball, etc.

heat, screw cold!

Extreme heat is much easier to deal with. Extreme cold is not. We are too electric dependent.

HEAT!!! People who are homeless can survive in the heat, not so much in the cold. People can use fans, open windows, etc. when it is hot but struggle to pay heating bills in the winter not to mention tragic accidents on slippery ice covered roadways or falls during icy conditions.

I'll take 65 to 70 degrees every day, with no humidity - where is that?

8:39 AM - San Diego. Forget it, it's out of your price range unless you live in a trailer park at the edge of the county.

Northwest Woodsman: Lived in Las Vegas area for 20 years, and Tucson for 3 and moved to northwest WA after retiring because I couldn’t take another 106 degree summer day. Up here our average summer daily temperature is 57. However, that means days are in the upper 60s with evenings in the 50s. I’ve resided in 14 states and three foreign countries and have never found a place that can beat this climate. Yes, the winters are wet with temps in the 40s usually, however, from May to October, it is paradise. Had to put on a light jacket to walk my labs this morning.
