Denver, Colorado has decriminalized public defecation in order to make life easier for immigrants and the homeless. This has also happened in Los Angeles with predictable an disastrous results.
No Board of Health? That’s how diseases spread. Now every time I think of Denver I will see visions of poop and other body fluids on the sidewalk. People are required to dispose of dog poop and Denver is letting humans defecate any where they please.
The Denver City Council had an unanimous vote to decriminalize the offense of people committing certain low-level crimes like lying in a public right-of-way, urinating in public and panhandling. After decriminalizing defecating on sidewalks, the Chamber of Commerce will probably rename Denver as the “Mile High Pile City.”

Like anyone should be surprised. It's the democrat way. The only thing they didn't lie about was calling themselves nasty and nasty and foul democrats truly are.
pervs!! so is it still considered indecent exposure? how about child abuse exposing privates to kids? it baffles me how sick and twisted the lefts values are. so hypocrital, and just to avoid deporting these type of people? really ! are they productive or as i expect a burden on all of our wallets.
People who are against the shi##y new policy should all get together and all take a crap on the sidewalk in front of city hall so it would be impossible to leave the building without stepping in it.

Soon there will be bus tours that tourists can join to get a true taste of Denver life. Every few blocks the bus stops, the driver hands you a roll of toilet paper and you leave a gift on the sidewalk. Then you get back on the bus and roll on down to the next point of interest.
And just to think, I have to save my public urination for the golf course! I can do it in Denver now!! Yippee!
The world has gone mad. Cows can't fart but people and crap in the streets. They want to give people free stuff...put a bathroom that they can use out there. The reason we have indoor plumbing now and they had outhouses years ago was to control diseases! Look how it is spreading in California. Maybe we should STOP spending money on housing illegals and help our own homeless.
Can't you do that in Salisbury? Guess I better stop it if you can't.
