I was thinking the same thing... (Nanticoke Road Closure)
I live in Worcester county and needed to head into Salisbury for business this morning - first time actually heading into the town in a bit more than three years - What an eyesore! The whole area is just one big urban blightspot - ugly and run down....glad I don't have to head back there any time soon!
Hope downtown construction isn't time and materials.
