It Was Dr. Paul Scott Who Drowned In West Ocean City Yesterday

I was shocked to learn that my neighbor Dr. Paul Scott was the person who drowned yesterday on Herring Creek. He was attempting to bail some water out of his house boat when he slipped and fell into the frigid water and drowned. 

Paul was a very kind and gentle soul who will be missed by the many people he touched in his lifetime.
