William F. Buckley, Jr., Charles Koch, Judge Francis L. Young

"Marijuana never kicks down your door in the middle of the night.
Marijuana never locks up sick and dying people, does not suppress medical research, does not peek in bedroom windows.
Even if one takes every reefer madness allegation of the prohibitionists at face value, marijuana prohibition has done far more harm to far more people than marijuana ever could."
-- William F. Buckley, Jr.
(1925-2008) American author and journalist, founded 'National Review'

"If somebody smokes a joint, we're gonna go in and bust them? We're gonna raid houses in case somebody has a banned substance? Confiscate their houses? My God, if people don't see that as an abuse of force, of too much government, then we're just not communicating."
-- Charles Koch
(1935-) American businessman and philanthropist

"Marijuana in its natural form is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man. By any measure of rational analysis marijuana can be safely used within a supervised routine of medical care. ... It would be unreasonable, arbitrary and capricious for DEA to continue to stand between those sufferers and the benefits of this substance in light of the evidence in this record."
-- Judge Francis L. Young
DEA Chief Administrative Law

Pay no attention to people much smarter than you.
Even if they are from the DEA.

Stay AFRAID. You're easier to lead and manipulate.....
And, you apparently love letting other people tell you what you should think and believe. It's lazy, but popular.

KEEP CHEERING!!!

The problem is with giving the Government the Power to determine who gets the $$$ from this plant. Tobacco is a prime example of what's to come with Marijuana legalization. Mathias is a prime example of how they will do it. The Harrison kid is in jail because he didn't obtain permission to grow it. The dispensary people at Royal Plus "obtained" permission to distribute it because they are legal doing something that supports something that's (now) legal.

Doing drugs is stupid, but pot is better than alcohol. I don't know which has been a bigger disaster the war on drugs, the war on poverty, or the real wars in the middle and far east. Our leaders have really screwed us over the last 50 years.

I really don't know how they think this is going to be " Big Business " it's easier to grow than tomatoes. My grandfather made his own beer and wine and had he known anything about pot he could have grown it if he wanted to. It's funny it took this long to discover it's potential as a commodity. That's all it really comes down too. They don't care about it's recreational or medicinal use. It's original stigmatization was an attack on Creoles and Mexicans white people didn't even know what it was until the 60s. Just legalize it. If you want to grow it and use it fine but to make it as accessible as alcohol will create the same problems just for the sake of some tax revenue and again business. Everything for the sake of business lol.
