Probably spraying human sludge as fertilizer. Nothing worse.
It was on Rt. 50 in the area between Old Railroad Rd. and Athol Rd.,could even smell it near the highschool. Words can't describe the funk!
I'm pretty sure the H***m's have a contract to spread treated human waste sludge on the fields out that way.

YEP! City of Salisbury SH#T from the plant that will never work properly! Been spread all over the county and they don't always use "chicken processing plant" by-product as they have said for years!
As soon as the rain stops they get right down to spraying before planting. There is a local office that keeps an eye on that stuff but you have to call Annapolis Department of Ag and request that they come and see what is going on. I believe it could be illegal as there are special time limits on spreading. If it is near a pond or moving stream it is being pulled into the drinking water.
It's S&H farms spreading human waste sludge on fields. When there in your area working it's ALL you can smell for several days.
Why don't you call.

That's what her house smelled like when I took my kid there that week. Thank God the State of Maryland shut her down. She used to let kids run around with poop in their diapers and get some serious diaper rash. I had to report her to the State Inspectors and they said they were already on it. They shut her down for good. Now she wants to be your county council Rep.
