Why doesn’t the Salisbury police dept have a cat team? Seems like have bull and dimare are a waste of main power compared to the cat team which only has two members. Different boss caring about different sides of police work I guess. Thank god I live in the county

In rural areas (that's us) CAT teams are mostly with the sheriff's departments as they can operate county-wide, unlike the small police departments that can only operate within city boundaries.
