Salisbury Maryland Shooting Is Now A Murder

Unfortunately the person shot yesterday in Salisbury has passed away. More to come...

Passed away. What a nice euphemism. He died a painful, unnecessary death, a life taken from him by another.

And yet we can't protect ourselves bc the Nazis who run the state and cops are afraid of us to be able to...

Salisbury is now called little Baltimore.

It's so close to Sojourner-Douglas College. I bet the students are in lockdown.

I think it's high time I share some information with all of you.

While many of you have commented about how Governor Hogan hasn't given us the "right to carry", you actually couldn't be more wrong.

While legislation hasn't been passed officially, Hogan has opened the flood gates for everyone to put in their application and the mass majority have actually been granted.

It doesn't seem to be politically correct to pass such legislation, there are other ways to make it work.

So stop crying, take a course and fill out the application.

Thanks for the input Joe but I have one question. Is the State accepting "personal protection" as a "good reason" to carry now or do you still have to have large sums of money on you or be a politician or celebrity or retired LEO/Corrections or an Armored Car Driver?

Line 6 is what I'm referring to from http://mdsp.maryland.gov/Organization/Pages/CriminalInvestigationBureau/LicensingDivision/Firearms/WearandCarryPermit.aspx

Who Should Apply?

Wear and Carry Permits may be issued to any adult (18 years of age or over) who meets the following criteria:

1. An applicant between 18 and 21 years of age may only be issued a wear and carry permit to possess a regulated firearm required for employment. - P.S. 5-133 (d)(2)(v)
2. Has not been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor for which a sentence of imprisonment for more than one year has been imposed; or convicted of a criminal offense for which you could have been sentenced to more than 2 years incarceration.
3. Has not been convicted of a crime involving the possession, use, or distribution of a controlled dangerous substance;
4. Is not presently an alcoholic, addict, or habitual user of a controlled dangerous substance unless under legitimate medical direction;
5. Based on an investigation, has not exhibited a propensity for violence or instability that may reasonably render the person’s possession of a handgun a danger to the person or others;
6. Has a good and substantial reason to wear, carry, or transport a handgun, such as finding that the permit is necessary as a reasonable precaution against danger.
7. As of October 1, 2013, has successfully completed the Maryland State Police approved firearms training course within 2 year prior to submitting the original or renewal application.

As always, thank you for your input.

Stop promoting carrying without a permit. That makes you just as much a criminal as the people you want to protect yourself from.

It's sad really but not unexpected. Salisbury is really a cess pool. The black neighborhoods are overrun with poverty and that breeds crime. The only thing that will help these senseless murders is for the black community to change. It starts with the illegitimate rate. Having babies you can not pay for with what amounts to a thug sperm donor is a guarantee the child will end up either being murdered or a murderer. At the very least they will end up being nothing more then a # within the state prison system.
What the black community needs are real leaders who aren't liars and will speak the truth. All that goes on now are the so called leaders playing the blame game, lying and making excuses. The results of that are these senseless murders.

9:04, You ask some very good questions. Might I suggest you contact our advertisers who offer professional courses on this matter and ask them for such answers.

I've been meaning to do that. Thanks for the quick response.

I just got off the phone with USTASC and the nice lady on the phone confirmed what I thought. Business people who carry large deposits, court-ordered life preservation, retired LEO's are about the only people who can carry everywhere except where prohibited by law. All others can only carry their weapons to and from shooting ranges and in their homes. But, don't carry in your car on your person, that is a no-no. Take the magazine out of the gun, separate the ammo from the magazine and lock them in your trunk.

@ 9:17, The Md. gun laws are not in keeping with the Constitution,which makes the law itself illegal,not a person carrying without a permit.

I am a USA citizen,not a subject,serf or slave to the State.
