DUI 6th Offense (Felony)


Defendant: Wayne O’Neal, 49 YOA, Laurel Delaware

Crime: DUI 6th Offense (Felony)
Various Vehicle Registration Violations
Bail: Committed to the Department of Corrections in lieu of $3,452.00 secured bail

Defendant: Robin Bailey, 46 YOA, Felton Delaware

Crime: Possession controlled substance, Crack Cocaine
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 3 counts
Bail: Released on $1,000.00 unsecured bail

On 06/05/2018 An officer with the Seaford Police Department conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Front Street for registration violations. Further investigation into the traffic stop revealed that the operator of the vehicle, Wayne O’Neal, 49 YOA from Laurel Delaware, was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. A computer check revealed that O’Neal has five previous DUI convictions. The passenger in the vehicle, Robin Bailey 46 YOA from Felton Delaware, was found to have an active capias for her arrest out of Justice of the Peace Court #4 and she was taken into custody. She was later found to be in possession of approximately .4 grams of crack cocaine and various forms of drug paraphernalia.

O’Neal was charged with 6th Offense DUI (Felony) and various vehicle registration violations. He was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Court #3 and committed to the Department of Corrections in lieu of $3,452.00 secured bail.

Bailey was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine) and three counts of Possession of Drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Court #3 and released on $1,000.00 unsecured bail.

@2:18. Take away license? Think that will stop people from driving? They do it all the time...and drink or drive drugged...

We should wait until someone is hurt or property is damaged to b concerned? Get a life. Get tore down at home and stay home or have a sober designated driver if they can tolerate driving you.
