The Court found in favor of a Colorado baker who was sued when he declined to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex marriage because of his Christian beliefs. The baker asserted his religious liberty under the First Amendment.
The decision avoided ruling on the broader question of whether religious liberty trumps non-discrimination on the basis of sexuality, and held only that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission had not given the baker a fair hearing.

WOW! She must be an atheist.
A vote for democrats is a vote against America.
Nancy fails to realize that people are just getting sick of it.If she can keep it up until the mid term elections are over we have it made.
10:33 - Always has been!!
What a pathetic FAKE event.
Any baker who didn't want to bake the cake would have found some excuse for not accepting the order.
I'm very busy next month, how about November?
Here is your cake, I hope you like it . . . (terrible looking cake)
So on.
Tell Pelosi she can shove that cake!
