Moving from Delaware to DaBury.
He's a dumpster diver and works nights diving in dumpsters.I've seen him at the flea markets selling food out of dumpsters.He mainly will sell his garbage after most of the vendors have left so he doesn't have to pay the set up fee.Don't ever get involved in a conversation with him,he's off the wall and he will follow you when you try to end the conversation.
This man did not just move here he livea locally he used to drive a car that was just as packed up.I never understood why he didnt gwt a ticket it looks very unsafe
People at one time moved here from across the bay, now they just laugh at you as they pass by to get to their condo in OC.
Since he don't have a business sign on his truck the truck police won't touch him.
