House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) on Sunday said he is prepared to subpoena the DOJ to obtain more than one million missing documents related to the case.
"It's very unusual that a Republican Department of Justice is resisting the efforts of a Republican House of Representatives judiciary committee to find out what happened when the Democrats ran the Department of Justice," Napolitano said on "Fox & Friends First."

It seems weird that everyone in the world knows Hillary is a crook except the FBI and the justice department
Judge should just issue a warrant for her arrest, like they do here in Wacko county, arrest first then investigate.
She should be behind bars already. Lock her up!
why even bother about hillary? as slow as the U.S LEGAL system works hillary will be dead long before the system compiles enough evidence agaisnt her and brings her to trial and the slow appeals process will guarantee that she will die an innocent women. she`ll never run for political office again because she`s old,and she`ll never get elected again for political office because shes old and senile.she`s an old senile crook who will just fade away until she dies.
