I'm surprised there isn't an app so you can record an illegal activity and forward it to the police.
Did anyone have a Car Cam?
There are cameras all over that intersection, as the police why they can't get the footage!!!! Remember they want cameras for the betterment of good, to help and server and protect you, but when you need it, it is never there, and when they want to get you for something, sure enough there it is!!!!
Cameras are not to help you people it is to hurt you people to use against you... You will see that when they finally have noting but drones in the air...
It's the stupidest light in all of Salisbury. People should be able to sue the state and county for how much gas they waste there, waiting for traffic that doesn't exist.
Review your use of punctuation. It is sorely needed.
It was not a royal blue car. SPD said they don't have any cameras in the area at all. They are signals for the lights when a emergency vehicle needs to pass the intersection.

Most of those traffic cameras are only live feeds. No recording is done.

File an insurance claim. Maybe whoever hit your car will be caught. It will probably happen again. So frustrating.
I've been at that intersection at three in the morning, heading toward town, and with no traffic in either direction the lights still cycle for pointless waits. Fix it, dammit!

I'm not gonna argue with you on that point but it really is a waste of a comment. People who have been here long enough know how dumb some people are around here. And people who have been elsewhere know how dumb people there can be.
We are offering 1000 dollars for any information on who did the hit and run.
