Attorney General Frosh Charges Five Individuals in Connection with Organized Retail Theft Conspiracy

BALTIMORE, MD – Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh announced today that Tyrayah Shonita Graham, 23; Donna Leurine Moye, 39; Lisa Marie Williams, 54; Lyric Taj McLaughlin, 21; and Tiara Kianna Baker, 19, have all been indicted in connection with an organized retail theft ring. The indictments charge the women with conspiracy to commit a theft scheme with a value of $100,000 or more from January 2017 to the present. Moye and Williams are also charged with theft scheme of $100,000 or more, and with selling and possessing counterfeit goods.

The women allegedly targeted retailers of clothing and accessories such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Victoria’s Secret and Pink. Members of the conspiracy would enter a store together, select large quantities of merchandise from store displays and conceal the items in bags brought into the store with them, then exit the store without paying. Images of the stolen goods were then posted on Instagram to advertise the items. The theft ring allegedly stole items from stores located in several Maryland counties including Charles, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Harford.
