So why are we getting slammed with so many of these kind of commercials, because WBOC is failing miserably and local businesses can no longer afford to pay for commercials. So WBOC is subjected to pennies on the dollar by selling these infomercials just to collect any revenue they can. They're supposed to be filler commercials but obviously because we're seeing so many of them over and over again, WBOC is going broke.
I mean, REALLY? A hose that's BULLET PROOF? Just how stupid do they think people are.

Either they do this or disappear. They take no responsibility for how crappy or useless the products are, just the ad revenue. Their business plan is to survive, nothing more.
Really, because plenty of old conservative women watch home shopping network. Advertising and junk products isn't a liberal plot.

If you order the cart within the next ten minutes, they will throw in a 18" garden hose free.
