Ok...look. Yes, he is probably drunk, which is a problem. BUT. He isn't taunting the CROWD...he was raising his hands to get them to be louder. He is using his middle finger toward the person recording him...which isn't right, but still. It's not the "crowd" he's flipping off. Just the person filming him.
Sorry, not a Delmar fan but see nothing wrong with this video.

He's been involved in youth sports for 30 years and has done more for Delmar and wicomico youth than the next 50 people. I know, because i coached his son . Never missed a game, which is more than many parents can say.
So, he's a little passionate about Delmar football, as he should be. He helped build the program.
Maybe he will see this and think twice about drinking before the games. But he will always have the kids backs.

I'm sure with the other 500 Delmar fans he did not drive home. Taunting the crowd?? Hardly. Don't talk about what you don't know. This guy (although I don't know his name) is a HUGE supporter of the town.
Did I miss something with this video? Is there footage left off? If not you need to stop being a a little cry baby and go to a safe space. Wahhhhh!
I have a bigger issue with someone recording another person that isn't bothering anyone else. Small town, small petty minds. You should be ashamed of yourself and deserved the one finger salute.

Whoever posted this clearly has no idea how much this man does for Delmar athletics.

I've known this guy my whole life & he's a jokester Shawn Maloney. He used to be an announcer in the Delmar grandstand. He probably wasn't even drunk, just messing around. Just like Sherman for the Shorebirds. Also, even if drunk whose business is it of anyone? I'm sure there was someone that would be driving him home. Whoever sent this video in is a BIG asshole & obviously a Delmar transplant. Go back where you came from.
Really??? I was at the game and there was nothing inappropriate or offensive that this guy was doing. He was simply engaging the fans to make some noise as where the players on the field. He also quieted the crowd when Delmar took over on downs, both of these actions were done in less than a 5 minute time frame. Nothing in this picture would leave me to believe he was drunk! Obviously whoever was filming does not like this individual and is starting trouble. If it were anyone else, they may have snatched the phone out of this idiots hand and made a bigger scene than the nose bird! I hope that the whoever was taking the video puts in as much time volunteering at the school for sporting events and working on the fields as this guy does! Petty news.....
Hello to the idiot who recorded and posted this. This man has given his free time to the kids and the Delmar football team before, during and long after his kids had graduated from Delmar.
Drunk? That's not even funny because he has been sober for over 30yrs.

I graduated from delmar in 2010 and lived my whole life there. This man has the town and schools best interest and I see him doing nothing wrong you must of been a milford fan haha you should get off your phone and help them boys polish thier new rings

This guy is a blessing for Delmar football. He gets a ton of food donationed so the team can eat before each game. This year that was 13 games. He is at university of Delaware where drinking is allowed. To whoever posted this, you are a idiot that deserves an ass whoopin.
The video is not that bad, what is the big deal?? Half the crown was drinking. Get a life to whoever posted this. This guy can be obnoxious sometime but would give you the shirt off his back. Trust me, this guy really loves Delmar and especially the football team.
Just came back to see the reaction from everyone regarding this post. This person is a hero to many of our youth in the Delmar area. Sad that one person had to ruin it for the rest of those that attended the state championship. Take a picture like this at a college or NFL game and see what happens!
