Malcolm... Of whom is this "John (sic) Hopkins" of which you speak?
Your incorrect usage/knowledge of this Maryland treasure demeans the entire video.

Harper's Ferry, MD?
I prefer the one located in West Virginia. Much more history at that one.

Better have an extremely large amount of savings in your bank account, because this state will charge you and take from you what ever they can get.

If you buy a house from here, expect an extremely high tax and impact fee and of course closing costs. Expect to sign away your first child and all your worldly possessions at closing. Expect few services and plan to put your kids in a private school if you want them to have a decent education.
If you must work in Maryland, I would personally look for a place in a neighboring state like PA, VA, or DE. This is no longer the land of pleasant living. It's a liberal tax hell!!!

MD Govt SUCKS !!!!

I think the flag is fugly, crabs are good but often over-priced, the bay bridge is iconic that's true but it is also a cash cow for tolls and tickets from police, natty boh beer is just nasty, the military presence is both good and bad- they churn out leaders to help with the defense of our nation but at the same time they are connected to DC and "getting their ticket punched" to advance their careers, nothing bad can be said about Old Bay, the hospitals on the WESTERN SIDE of Md are very very good. Do not confuse them with health professionals and services on the eastern shore. It could mean your life.

This guy is sugar coating everything because he wants to see property in Md and make money. Nothing wrong with that per se but don't believe everything you hear.

I didn't watch the entire video so I don't know if he mentioned taxes or the high crime rates in this state or it being demoncrat controlled, nor the amount of people leaving the state for greener pastures.

Other than that this video is.......self-serving mostly.
